- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I walked in to find two employees trying to get a movie started for children. I was fine with it but then I sat at the front of the bank for more than 5 minutes before being acknowledged. After I finally got someone to help me sign in, I was waiting to get my account opened and people walked in and were immediately helped (by the woman who was messing with the movie). I was completely skipped over. When I said something they didn't do anything about it. I'll never be back to this location. Horrible experience.By Morgan Bailey, August 07, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I was not impressed with the loan officer we spoke with. She tossed my girlfriend and I to the side like we were trash. The customer service is not great at all like they claim to be. Even though we were not approved for the loan but we are a members at this bank. Getting approved or not you should be treated the same.By William Caflisch, January 11, 2017
